Zhenfeng County, Guizhou, home to a vast and rich cultural and topographic landscape, including the famous "Two Breast Peak Mountains" offering unique symbolic cultural connection to "Mother Earth" that is unique to all of the karst formations of southern China that Guizhou is famous for.

UI was engaged by the county to help establish a brand and identity that could leverage these existing natural landscapes and become an attractive force, drawing visitors and guests to Zhenfeng County from the region, Mainland China, and the world. Taking its cue from Disneyworld in Orlando, UI's strategy was to propose a similar sized single themed destination resort aggregating 15 of the most significant ecological, landscape, and cultural scenic spots within the county; with a focus on the concept of Nu Wa, "The Mother Earth Cultural Tourism Park". Encompassing over 25,000 acres (approximately 10,000 hectares), the overall master plan is knit together through a managed system of wetland parks – The Mother Earth Necklace System – bringing together developed parks, entertainment areas, and cultural attractions (highlighting the local Buyi minority population), and resort hotels into a seamless branded cultural experience.
